A Sound Healing & Meditation session provides you and your guests with a unique and memorable experience. The guided meditations and sound healing bowls combine to help clear, balance and harmonize your body, mind and soul, bringing you a sense of tranquility and calmness.

This event can be offered in your home or office, or at the Danville Yoga & Wellness Center

Invite your guests to participate in a calming, mindful, transformative event.

Everything in nature – from the smallest molecule, to the universe itself – is in a state of vibration. Sound itself is a vibration, and sound healing connects you directly to that universal life force, restoring you to a place of balance and harmony.

You’ll experience a soothing guided meditation, the sounds from the Tibetan and quartz crystal singing bowls, and the frequencies from the attunement.
​
I offer many different types of guided meditations, and I can also customize a meditation specifically for your party. Prior to the event, we can discuss what type of guided meditation you'd like me to use for the event. Sessions typically last for 1 hour, and I'll arrive about 30 minutes in advance for setup.
